Eventory is based in the belief that training is at its best when the participants are actively involved as much as possible. Adult learning is rarely as successful when attendees are just listening for full days and taking notes; studies show that our brains turn off at a certain point in these settings, undermining your valuable training time. That's why we strive to make our days as interesting, fun, and active as we can so that your team is in 100% learning mode whenever they are with us . We want your people to doing far more than hearing. Then the learning grows as they are talking about what they've done, analyzing how it differs from their current methods at work, and looking at the road they need to take to carry these lessons back to the office . Through exercises led by our personnel, each person gets to challenge themselves (and sometimes others!) in activities that are different from their daily routines, where its okay to stumble at times in order to learn so that there's less stumbling when it really counts. One of our primary goals is to enhance communication in your teams, both eliminating problems before they grow and heightening creativity to raise your groups success level.
