Currently, we are featuring Milo Shapiro, one of our most exciting finds, who provides something unlike anything else we have seen in Romania. Milo uses games of improvisation to expand creativity, improve team communication, and help staff look at how they handle taking chances. Improvisation is known as a huge learning tool in the US and Canada. Unlike other training events which are highly self-directed and which frequently have less connection to the work world, improv is a powerful tool where the instructor is able to give personal feedback with smaller groups such that real growth can take place for individuals and the group. For the first time, an improv trainer with as much experience as Milo has is now available for events here in Romania. We are excited to have built a relationship with him and hope you will like what you see as you look at the links we have provided (on the left) about his work with teams in companies as large as Southwest Airlines, Blue Cross Health Insurance, and the US Department of Defense.
